Looks like they are just about finished laying the block. All four walls are complete, just a little more work on the carport.

We have block! I've been waiting VERY patiently for some new activity to start happening. For those that know me well, you know what a big task that was. Wow! That was a long 7 days. Being patient is HARD :)



Fingers crossed they start building walls tomorrow.

Medicine Cabinets

Sam and I have a difference of opinion when it comes to the bathroom. He'd like a medicine cabinet and I just want a simple framed mirror. It's not that I mind medicine cabinets in general, its just that they don't typically have the look I like.

Well I think we've finally found the perfect compromise. I found these cabinets at Restoration Hardware and they are PERFECT! Clean, simple lines for me and storage for Sam. When I called Sam to tell him what I found and he heard the words medicine cabinet, perfect and on sale all in the same sentence, he said "Go for it! Order them!" So I did :)

Sinks

I found some fun sinks at a great price, so I went for it and ordered them. Our kitchen sink will be a stainless steel farmhouse sink.

This is the sink I ordered for the bathrooms and I'd like to use a faucet similar to this one.
